Important Product Availability Update
We want to make you aware of an important regulatory change that will affect product availability at NGSS beginning this week.
The DEA has issued a temporary scheduling order placing mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, and MGM-16 into Schedule I effective August 26, 2026.
Tuesday, August 25, will be the final day NGSS will sell products containing these substances. After August 25, they will no longer be available from NGSS, with no exceptions.
To accommodate our customers on the final day, we will remain open until 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 25.
This particular federal order does not include 7-OH. Because the regulatory environment is changing quickly, we have created an update on our website where we will share current information about product availability and regulatory changes.
